Halloween Bat Cupcake Cookie Cutter

This Halloween bat cupcake cookie cutter joins a cupcake base, curved frosting and a bat with outspread wings. The reference illustration uses a green wrapper, pale frosting and a dark bat face. Establish those three icing sections first, then add wrapper lines or a few frosting stars. The bat and cupcake form a single outline, with the face and wing boundaries supplied by decoration. It can add a taller character shape beside simple candies in a Halloween cookie box.
