Graduation Cap with Diploma Cookie Cutter

Graduation Cap with Diploma follows a broad mortarboard above a rolled diploma. The reference illustration shows a tilted upper panel, side tassel and projecting lower scroll. Separate the diploma from the cap with contrasting icing areas before adding optional ribbon details. The combined graduation accessory can accompany alphabet cookies; the pictured scroll lines are decoration rather than separate cut pieces.
