Glinda The Good Witch Cookie Cutter

This character cookie cutter shows a crowned figure in a full skirt holding a small star-tipped wand. The reference illustration uses a pink dress, brown hair and contrasting crown. Establish the face and two broad skirt sections before adding the wand and hair details. The wand projection belongs to the complete outer silhouette rather than a separate cutter. A few small dress accents can suggest a magical character while keeping the tall figure easy to read.
