Full Moon with Stars Headband Cookie Cutter

Full Moon with Stars Headband follows a smiling full moon wearing a star headband. The reference illustration shows a rounded face, crater accents and several upper stars. Use a main icing area for the moon before adding selected contrasting stars and the face. The celestial character can accompany nursery-style cookies while tiny crater and headband details remain optional decoration within the complete silhouette. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
