Elephant Baby 2 Cookie Cutter

A seated baby elephant holding a balloon gives this cookie a taller celebration shape. The reference includes a head bow, broad ears and a balloon rising to one side. Separate the balloon from the elephant with contrasting icing, then add a simple string and face. It can join a baby-shower or birthday assortment; check the full height, including the balloon, for packaging.
