Easter Hot Air Balloon Cookie Cutter

Easter Hot Air Balloon follows a tall decorated hot-air balloon above a small basket. The reference illustration shows a striped envelope, flower accents and a broad band of pennants. Separate the balloon and basket with clear icing areas before adding selected floral accents. The whimsical Easter travel design can accompany spring characters while fine tether and pennant details remain optional decoration. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
