Dream Catcher Cookie Cutter

Dream Catcher follows a round dream-catcher hoop above hanging feathers. The reference illustration shows a web-like central pattern, spaced beads and three lower feather accents. Keep the hoop and hanging elements distinct with contrasting icing colors before adding selected fine lines. Check the chosen dimensions before planning the web decoration; the illustrated openings are icing details within the complete outer silhouette.
