Cute Fish 3 Cookie Cutter

Cute Fish 3 follows a round fish with a small rear tail. The reference illustration shows a broad upper fin, projecting lower fins and simple smiling face. Use contrasting icing for the body and fins before adding the face. The compact sea creature can balance larger underwater characters while fine fin lines remain optional. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
