Cool Witch 2 Cookie Cutter

Cool Witch 2 is a reclining witch cookie cutter with a tall pointed hat and boots raised behind the character. The reference illustration shows flowing hair, a broad hat brim and a buckled hat band. Start with contrasting hat, hair and clothing icing areas, then add the face and a few boot accents. The low, wide pose offers variety beside upright Halloween characters; check the selected width when planning a platter or individual cookie bag.
