Christmas Penguin 3 Cookie Cutter

Christmas Penguin 3 follows a penguin skating in a scarf and bobble hat. The reference illustration shows a rounded belly, one lifted lower foot and broad scarf ends. Define the skates and scarf with contrasting icing before adding a few hat bands. The active winter pose can accompany snowflakes or other outdoor holiday characters.
