Christmas Lights Cupcake Cookie Cutter

Christmas Lights Cupcake follows a cupcake with holiday lights around tall frosting. The reference illustration shows a broad wrapper, spiraling upper icing and scattered bulb motifs. Use the frosting and wrapper as main icing areas before adding a few contrasting lights. The festive treat can accompany ornaments or holiday characters without densely reproducing the entire strand.
