Christmas Headband 5 Cookie Cutter

Christmas Headband 5 follows an elf-hat headband-shaped outline. The reference illustration shows a curved upper hat, pointed trim and round bell accent. Separate the hat and trim with clear icing colors before adding the bell. The playful costume accessory offers a different festive outline from Santa-hat or tree-topped headbands.
