Christmas Headband 2 Cookie Cutter

Christmas Headband 2 follows a broad light-decorated holiday headband outline. The reference illustration shows a rounded band with small scattered light-like outer accents. Simplify the reference strands into a few clear icing bulbs and short connecting lines.
