Birthday Cupcake Cookie Cutter

Birthday Cupcake follows a cupcake beneath a tall frosting swirl. The reference illustration shows a ridged wrapper, scattered sprinkles and upper star accent. Flood the wrapper and frosting in contrasting colors, then add a few clear sprinkles. The star-topped silhouette can accompany age markers or birthday characters while keeping the decoration playful and uncluttered.
