Birthday Balloon Bouquet Cookie Cutter

A rounded cluster of birthday balloons rises above long converging strings in this tall cookie design. The connected outline has a broad scalloped top and a narrow tapered lower section.

Use several bright balloon colors as shown in the reference image, or repeat two or three colors from your party theme. Plan the balloon divisions before adding thin string lines. This shape brings height to an assortment beside shorter cakes, presents or character cookies and leaves the balloon colors as the main decorating feature.

This cutter creates the outside shape; the pictured colors and interior details are decorating references, not embossed features.
