Valentines Day Balloon Bouquet Cookie Cutter

This Valentine balloon bouquet has a large rounded balloon cluster above a smaller heart-shaped base. The tall connected outline gives the balloons room to become the main decorating feature.

The reference image uses red, pink and white balloons with heart accents and a small character inside the lower heart. Use those details as inspiration or simplify the balloon colors for a coordinated cookie box. This design works well as the taller piece beside shorter heart shapes.

This cutter creates the outside shape; the pictured colors and interior details are decorating references, not embossed features.
