Dorothy Cookie Cutter

Dorothy follows a standing girl with two long braids. The reference illustration shows a blue dress, small sleeve accents and bright lower shoes. Plan the larger dress and hair areas first before adding braid and shoe details. The storybook-style character can accompany themed cookies; choose dimensions with the narrow lower legs and small facial accents in mind. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
