St Patricks Day Plaque Cookie Cutter

St Patricks Day Plaque follows a holiday message plaque with drink and horseshoe accents. The reference illustration shows contrasting brown, green and orange lettering around bright seasonal motifs. Separate the message from the accent shapes icing before adding selected details. This seasonal plaque uses one complete outer shape; simplified letter strokes can replace fine script curls and tiny floating dots at smaller selected dimensions. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
