Rainbow with a Banner Cookie Cutter

Rainbow with a Banner follows a rainbow plaque crossed by a broad banner. The reference illustration shows bright arcs, pale side clouds and a green magical message ribbon. Keep the banner distinct from the rainbow before adding optional wording. The playful lucky design can join St. Patrick's Day cookies; compare dimensions before planning the fine illustrated script. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
