Rainbow Cookie Cutter

Rainbow follows a slanting rainbow connecting two cloud clusters. The reference illustration shows curved color bands and pale rounded clouds at unequal ends. Keep the cloud areas distinct from the rainbow before adding selected band lines. The weather accessory can join spring cookies; broad arcs can replace finely shaded highlights while keeping the sloping silhouette clear. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
