Police Light 2 Cookie Cutter

This flashlight cookie cutter has a broad flared head above a narrow handle, with a slightly sloped top edge. The reference illustration uses a dark body, pale light face and small blue and yellow handle accents. Decorate the light face as one clear section before adding its highlights. A simple colored band at the neck helps separate the wide head from the grip. This supplied outline depicts a handheld flashlight, making it suitable beside other equipment shapes in a themed cookie arrangement.
