My First Valentine Cookie Cutter

My First Valentine follows a broad plaque around a first-Valentine message. The reference illustration shows red lettering and a pink heart containing the ordinal number. Make the message readable before adding the heart accent. The design can mark a first Valentine celebration; choose dimensions with the multiple lines of lettering in mind, or simplify the illustrated script. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
