Mermaid 3 Cookie Cutter

Mermaid 3 follows a mermaid with a curved lower tail. The reference illustration shows two upper hair bunches and a small held seahorse accent. Separate the accessory from the character using clear icing colors before adding selected tail patterns. The ocean fairytale figure can accompany seashell cookies while tiny stars remain optional; the mermaid and illustrated held accessory belong to one complete outer shape rather than separate cutters. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.

These are pass-through cutters with no lip on the inside edge of the handle.
