Hard Hat Cookie Cutter

Hard Hat follows a hard hat with a broad projecting brim. The reference illustration shows a rounded upper dome and illustrated raised panel lines. Keep the brim distinct from the dome using clear icing areas before adding a few helmet accents. The construction shape can accompany tool cookies while fine fastening details remain optional; compare dimensions with the broad lower brim in mind when planning decoration. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.

These are pass-through cutters with no lip on the inside edge of the handle.
