A quarter-round waffle with four broad pockets, two strawberry halves and a butter pat offers a fresh breakfast shape. Its curved edge and straight sides make an easy-to-recognise addition to brunch cookies.
Pipe the waffle as a golden base with a few thick grid lines, then add red strawberry floods. Fine seeds and toasted shading are optional; the main shapes carry the design.
