St Patricks Day Wreath 2 Cookie Cutter

St Patricks Day Wreath 2 follows a shamrock wreath above a hat and bow. The reference illustration shows green clovers, dark hatband and a contrasting dotted lower ribbon. Separate the hat from the bow icing before adding selected wreath accents. This holiday arrangement uses one complete outer shape; larger leaf groups can replace numerous tiny stems and finely repeated ribbon dots. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
