St Patricks Day Wreath 1 Cookie Cutter

St Patricks Day Wreath 1 follows a circular wreath above a broad lower bow. The reference illustration shows green clovers, small festive hats and contrasting dark-and-golden ribbon stripes. Keep the bow distinct from the wreath icing before adding selected leaf groups. This holiday arrangement uses one complete outer shape; larger clovers can replace numerous tiny hats and finely repeated bow accents.
