Mardi Gras Hat 4 Cookie Cutter

Mardi Gras Hat 4 follows a compact three-point jester hat. The reference illustration shows two curved side tips, a raised central point and small lower crown band. Keep the band distinct from the hat panels using clear icing colors before adding selected stripes. The Mardi Gras accessory can accompany bead cookies while tiny tip highlights remain optional; its compact three-point silhouette differs from the broader multi-lobed jester-hat designs.
