Circus Banner Cookie Cutter

Circus Banner follows a broad circus banner with an upper star. The reference illustration shows a shaped border, large reference lettering and small lower ball accent. Choose short icing wording that fits the selected dimensions and simplify the surrounding stars. The banner can serve as the message cookie in a circus assortment without stamped lettering.
