Birthday Cake Cookie Cutter

Birthday Cake follows a two-tier birthday cake with upright candles. The reference illustration shows a broad lower tier, dripping top icing and spotted side decoration. Use two main icing colors to establish the tiers, then add candles and a few spots. The straightforward cake shape can balance more detailed party characters in a birthday assortment. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
