Top Hat Cookie Cutter

Top Hat follows a tilted top hat with a broad brim. The reference illustration shows dark upper crown and a contrasting pale-blue band. Keep the band distinct from the hat icing before adding selected highlights. This costume accessory can accompany celebration cookies; broad color panels can replace fine reflected details while keeping the tall crown and curved brim clear within the complete outer shape. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
