Statue of Liberty Torch Cookie Cutter

Statue of Liberty Torch follows a torch with a raised flame above a narrow handle. The reference illustration shows golden flame, teal upper cup and contrasting darker handle sections. Keep the flame distinct from the holder icing before adding selected highlights. This landmark-inspired accessory can accompany travel cookies; broad flame panels can replace tiny sparks and finely shaded metal texture.
