Owl with Scarf Cookie Cutter

Owl with Scarf follows an owl wearing a scarf above a broad lower branch. The reference illustration shows green feathers, pale face patches and a striped orange scarf. Keep the scarf distinct from the belly before adding the large eyes. The woodland bird can join autumn cookies; selected scarf bands and a clear branch line can replace the finer illustrated leaf accents. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
