Lucky Picnic Shamrock Picnic Hat Cookie Cutter

Lucky Picnic Shamrock Picnic Hat follows a broad-brimmed hat with ribbon and floral accents around its crown. The reference artwork adds clovers, giving a spring picnic decorating theme that can be simplified to one large bow and a few leaves. Use contrasting icing for the hat and ribbon to keep those areas clear. Review the selected width and height before planning the smaller flowers, and allow for the full brim when choosing packaging for a lucky picnic cookie box.
