Bear Face with Hat Cookie Cutter

Bear Face with Hat follows a bear face wearing a long striped hat. The reference illustration shows a broad hat band and trailing pom pom at one side. Define the hat and muzzle with contrasting icing sections, then add a few stripes. The extended cap gives this seasonal face a different outline from the plain round bear head. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
