Happy Little Soup Dumpling Cookie Cutter

Happy Little Soup Dumpling follows a rounded soup dumpling with a gathered top. The reference illustration shows curving upper folds and a small smiling face. Use a few clear curved icing lines to suggest the gathered dough before adding the expression. The food shape can accompany other snack cookies without detailed pleating; compare dimensions before planning the small upper folds, or keep the surface decoration simple. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
