Top Hat 1 Cookie Cutter

Top Hat 1 follows a tall festive top hat with a broad curled brim. The reference illustration shows green striped crown, dark band and contrasting golden buckle. Separate the band from the crown icing before adding selected costume accents. This holiday accessory can accompany St. Patrick's Day cookies; broad stripe panels can replace fine reflected highlights and tiny shaded buckle details. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
