Three Cute Bears 5 Cookie Cutter

An oversized rounded hairstyle and rectangular glasses define this small front-facing character. The reference pairs dark hair with a teal jacket, hands together at the front and small red shoes. Start with broad hair, face and jacket areas, then outline the glasses in a contrasting dark color. A few simple clothing lines can finish the lower body while keeping the expression and glasses easy to recognize.
