St Patricks Day Owl 1 Cookie Cutter

St Patricks Day Owl 1 follows an owl beneath a tall striped hat. The reference illustration shows green feathers, pale face panels and a contrasting golden hat buckle. Separate the face from the hat icing before adding selected wing accents. This woodland character can accompany St. Patrick's Day cookies; broad stripe sections can replace fine feather marks and tiny shaded costume details.
