Puffer Fish Cookie Cutter

Puffer Fish follows a rounded puffer fish with short projecting fins. The reference illustration shows contrasting pink upper body and pale lower face area. Keep the face distinct from the upper body icing before adding the eyes. The ocean animal can join sea-creature cookies; selected clear fin lines and a simple expression can replace fine skin texture. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
