Plaque of Roses Cookie Cutter

Plaque of Roses follows an oval plaque surrounded by roses. The reference illustration shows pink flower clusters, green leaves and a broad central message area. Keep the center visually clear before adding selected rose spirals around the edge. The floral design can carry optional celebration decoration; a few larger blossoms can replace densely detailed petals. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
