Panda on Bicycle Cookie Cutter

Panda on Bicycle follows a panda riding a bicycle above a broad lower ground area. The reference illustration shows dark-and-pale animal markings and a pink bike with round wheels. Separate the panda from the bicycle with clear icing boundaries before adding the face. The full scene uses one outer silhouette; broad wheel circles can replace fine spokes when planning smaller selected dimensions. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.

These are pass-through cutters with no lip on the inside edge of the handle.
