Ocean Party Turtle With Balloon Cookie Cutter

Ocean Party Turtle With Balloon combines a smiling turtle with a balloon rising beside its head. The reference artwork offers separate shell, body and balloon areas, giving a birthday decorating theme for an ocean cookie collection. Choose contrasting icing colors and simplify the shell pattern if desired. Check the selected width and height with the balloon included before packaging, and plan enough room for the face and small shell sections. The string and interior details are applied with icing.
