Moon Patch Witch Hat Cookie Cutter

Moon Patch Witch Hat follows a curling witch hat with a broad wavy brim. The reference illustration shows purple crown, crescent patch and contrasting band with a square buckle. Separate the crown and band before adding the moon patch. The accessory can accompany Halloween character cookies; broad buckle and patch details can replace finely stitched decoration. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
