Mermaid Under The Sea 5 Cookie Cutter

Mermaid Under The Sea 5 follows a sea-witch character above curled tentacles. The reference illustration shows a broad upper face, swept hair and several lower side curls. Keep the hair distinct from the lower tentacles using contrasting icing areas before adding selected expression details. The ocean fairytale figure can accompany seashell cookies while tiny jewelry accents remain optional; consider the broad curled base when choosing dimensions and planning decoration and packaging. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
