Holly Cupcake Cookie Cutter

Holly Cupcake follows a cupcake beneath a holly-topped frosting mound. The reference illustration shows a tapered blue wrapper, broad brown frosting and red berry accents. Separate the frosting from the wrapper using clear icing colors before adding selected leaf details. The Christmas dessert can accompany ornament cookies while tiny star and wrapper patterns remain optional; the holly and cupcake belong to one complete outer shape. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.

These are pass-through cutters with no lip on the inside edge of the handle.
