Happy Halloween Cookie Cutter

Happy Halloween follows a broad two-line Halloween message panel. The reference illustration shows narrow upper Happy letters above wider Halloween wording. Plan distinct icing areas for the two lines before adding selected seasonal accents. The greeting can accompany ghost or pumpkin cookies; choose dimensions that leave room for your intended lettering, which is decoration rather than stamped text or individually cut letters. Check the selected dimensions before planning the smaller accents and packaging. The pictured internal features are icing decoration within the complete outer shape.
