Emoji Sailor Cookie Cutter

Emoji Sailor follows a smiling emoji face beneath a sailor cap. The reference illustration shows a broad hat band and small upper anchor motif. Separate the cap from the face with clear icing colors before adding the eyes. The nautical character can accompany boat cookies while tiny anchor details remain optional decoration within the complete shape.
