3rd Birthday Baby 2 Cookie Cutter

This third-birthday baby cookie cutter features a round head, small ears and arms positioned around a large number three in the decorating example. The lower outline curves around the numeral's base, keeping the design in one connected profile. A blue outfit and green dotted number give the sample a bright party look. Outline the numeral before filling it, and leave enough contrast between the clothing and number to keep the age readable. Finish with a small hair curl and simple facial details.
