Funky Halloween Witch Cookie Cutter

A little witch wearing a tall curled hat forms this Halloween character cookie design. The connected outline follows the wide hat brim, hair, short dress and small boots.

The reference image uses a dark hat, purple outfit, green hair, an orange pumpkin and a small side accessory. Plan the larger hat and dress areas before adding the face, pumpkin and smaller accents. This shape can be a focal cookie in a Halloween assortment beside simpler pumpkins or stars selected separately. A limited purple, orange and green palette keeps the many character details coordinated.

This cutter creates the outside shape; the pictured colors and interior details are decorating references, not embossed features.
